Morning

Before leaving for our trip to Kangaroo Island, I had a couple of free hours, so I spent the morning walking around Mark and Vicky’s neighborhood. I saw a nice variety of birds, including Grey Currawong, White-plumed Honeyeater, White-naped Honeyeater, and Crested Pigeon.

Red Wattlebird (Anthochaera carunculata), Southeastern Australian Magpie (Gymnorhina tibicen), New Holland Honeyeater (Phylidonyris novaehollandiae), White-plumed Honeyeater (Ptilotula penicillata), Grey Currawong (Strepera versicolor), Adelaide Rosella (Platycercus elegans subadelaidae), White-naped Honeyeater (Melithreptus lunatus), Eastern Rosella (Platycercus eximius eximius), Rock Dove (Columba livia), Crested Pigeon (Ocyphaps lophotes), Silvereye (Zosterops lateralis), Eurasian Blackbird (Turdus merula), Eastern Spinebill (Acanthorhynchus tenuirostris), Australian Raven (Corvus coronoides coronoides), Rainbow Lorikeet (Trichoglossus moluccanus moluccanus), Narrow-leaved Ash (Fraxinus angustifolia), possible Wirilda (Acacia provincialis)
