Wildlife Observations

This collection (currently a work-in-progress) houses details of my birding and wildlife observations. For each year there is an index to my Field Journal entries, and Species Account pages.

The top link for each year will take you to an index of all complete field journal entries. Subsequent links point to species accounts for that year.

Unless otherwise specified, all images on this site were taken by me. I didn’t really focus on photography until 2004, so there are species (particularly those seen in the eastern half of North America, and in Europe) that I never photographed myself. For these species, and those where my own photographs are poor quality, I may supplement my records with open-sourced images (all of which are appropriately credited). All my images are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. Full resolution versions of many of them are also available on the Macaulay Library.

Species Seen (Taxonomic Order)

Individual species pages are being added as I have time to format them.
